Obviously, the state of Washington has its act together.
Conversely, in Maryland, we are still muddling our way along the path of legalization. However, ultimately we too will get there. As with the whole gambling issue, there is simply too much money to be made by the State boys and girls (you Deb Rey) for them not to legalize it. Gonna happen, so just do it.
