Easter seemed on the early side this year so I did some googling to see just how early it was.

We celebrate Easter on the first Sunday after the first full moon after 21 March (first day of spring.) Thus, Easter could be as early as 22 March if everything aligned just right.
Having said that however, I also learned that there is some controversy over when Easter is celebrated among Eastern and Western Christians:
The two groups can each celebrate Easter over a month apart as they did as recently as 2016.

P.S. Check out the controversy surrounding Pope Francis saying there is no hell (click here.) Not sure how all of that will spin out but the possibility that he is correct sure is good news for a lot of us isn’t it?
