Nice story as to how the owners of Preakness winner Rombauer tried but couldn’t sell him and then ended up winning Saturday’s race in Baltimore (click here.)
Good story, but it was something else in the article that caught my eye and distracted me. It reminded me of a joke that Brian Barnhill has told frequently in Buzzy’s Country Store. First the article reference that caught my attention:
