Did you know that June is named after the Roman goddess Juno who is regarded as the patroness of marriage? Hence, one of the reasons that getting married in June is considered a time of good luck. (Here is a mystery for you to solve – are divorce rates lower for folks who git married in June than they are for folks who were married in other months of the year? I wasn’t up for researching that useless bit of knowledge, but was just curious.)
