With a rock and roll day (literally) ahead of me, I do what I usually do when I awaken early and begin to think about my busy day before me – I went back to bed.
An hour later or so, I made another move to get my motor running and do some of that Carpe diem stuff. On my second cup of coffee, I consulted the daily horoscope to see if it contained any insights or advice that I could use to prep for the day. Here is what it had to say:
Having read that, I think I may go back to bed again because it sure sounds like I got one of those kinda days ahead of me.
But as always, I will take it one step at a time.
Pam and I are going to see Kenny Loggins later tonight at Wolf Trap where I am sure he will do the following tune. He wrote it to and about his father who was very ill in the hospital facing a surgery that he didn’t want to have (click here.) Kenny refers to it as a life song and not a love song. Sounds good to me either way you interpret it.
