The crabs this year have been plentiful, big and there for the taking. I’ve had several tourists and weekenders come into Buzzy’s Country Store these past weeks very excited about how easily they have caught a mess of crabs and now want to try their hand at cooking them. (I always encourage them to just go to Paul Kellam’s and have him cook ’em and save them the trouble doing so.)
But today being a Twofer Tuesday, I thought to conduct a little crab discussion of #1’s and #2’s as in – what’s the difference between Number 1 crabs and Number 2 crabs? (The simple answer is – 1’s are bigger and cost more, but you already knew that.)
