Little plug here for you to drop by Cecil’s Mill Saturday (11-2) and visit Rob Seltzers’ Herring Creek Furniture shop. Rob is a Second District woodworker who for years has been doing some excellent work both construction-wise and creating furniture as art. Stop by and check out one of the more unique furniture stores you will find in your travels. Plus you get to check out the old store and mill.
But if you do decide to sit home this weekend and veg out doing nada, here is a nice way to waste some time. Watch the live cam of folks searching for the Loch Ness monster.
Seriously, this weekend folks from all over the world have assembled in Scotland (over there and not at Buzzy’s Scotland, Maryland) to prowl around the 23 mile lake looking for the Loch Ness monster (click here.) As for proving a sighting of Nessie, the rules of engagement are that any photo must show Nessie’s face (click here.) I am betting on Nessie being a no show and that all of this a just a huge waste of time.
