Regarding the “Little Explorers From Ship to Shore @ St. Mary’s City” after you take your little ones there, journey south five miles for them to explore the wonders of a country store as in candy, soda and ice cream. Adult beverages are also on hand to re-hydrate you after all that exploring.
For some reason (guess!) this DMB instrumental has been running through my mind since yesterday afternoon/evening. Little long but is a very nice jam that will relax you and put you in a good mood. If pressed for time, pick it up at the 4:15 mark where Dave makes his last on-camera appearance before turning it over to the rest of his band for the big finish conclusion. Dave played it at this show in memory of his former bandmate (and one of the song’s cowriters) LeRoi Moore who passed in 2008. LeRoi died at the age of 46 from complications following an ATV accident on his Charlottesville, Virginia farm. (The significance of 34 for DMB is that it was the 34th song they recorded in their career.)
