I mentioned baseball yesterday as being one of June’s niceties. Having said that however, based on their June schedule, it may or may not be so nice for the Orioles.
June is a killer schedule for them as they play 13 Divisional games, 11 of which are on the road. The other 16 games are against good teams 3 of which are currently leading their Divisions and the other, Texas, is the defending champ from last year.
Right now the O’s are at 37-19 and stand 2 games behind the Yankees. They started the month off winning yesterday so here’s hoping they can at least hold serve and survive this toughest part of their season.
And something else, they only have 1 scheduled day off in that span. Needless to say, the O’s have some work to do.
