Not Too Old and The Bad

Jagger at 81 and still the coolest guy around being funny at the Academy Awards introducing nominees for Best Original Song:

For the record (pun intended,) Bob turns 84 on 24 May of this year. The tune “El Mal” from the movie Emilia Perez won the award, but most Oscar handicappers had it going to either Diane Warren or Elton and Company. Diane has been nominated 16 times but has never won, while Elton already has two Oscars for Best Song. However, in a bit of an upset, and a total mystery to many, “El Mal” managed to win the Oscar for Best Song. For more details on all of the nominated songs for this year (click here.)

Knowing that the majority of you would not be able to get thru “El Mal” I will not even bother to show it here. (If you do want to try and take a walk on that wild side though click here but don’t say I didn’t warn you. I’m laying 2-1 odds you don’t even get past the 0:50 mark.)

Here was Elton’s nominated tune which is at least somewhat listenable to.
