Washington Post has an excellent article about six veterans who sent Letters to the Editor discussing what Memorial Day means to them (click here.) Collectively, it is a sad and somewhat somber read. However, it features several good suggestions about how we should honor and remember those who died defending our country. Couple excerpts from the six accounts follow:
