Remember, I own a bar and a liquor store and by default tend to view sobriety enforcement measures as more harassment than value added. In fact, I actually find myself feeling a little sorry for these nine folks who were unlucky enough to have been popped when they were simply out on the water, knocking back a few and just trying to enjoy their holiday weekend.
