Best month of the year is ahead of us with our 250th year birthday to boot. Doesn’t get any better does it?
Speaking of upcoming birthdays, in the extended Buzzy family we celebrate the following: Robby Hall on the 3rd, Michelle Ridgell also on the 3rd, Brian Barnhill’s Mom Nancy Harwood on the 4th, Sonney Forrest 7th, Timmy Marum 10th, my Daughter-in-law Stephanie Ridgell 11th, Marcia Raley 11th, Greg Cullison and Pam Birmingham 14th, Karen White 17th, Chris Axtell 18th, My Great niece Chesa Allen 18th, Herbie McKay and Debbie Gerek-Larsen 19th, Billyjo (BJ) Barnes-Mills 23rd, Dave Thompson 24th, Steve Decker 26th, Step daughter Jennifer Odell 27th, Ron Yeatman 28th and Ethan Davis 29th.
My Brother Stevie would have been 74 today if he were still here partying with us. He punched out at the young age of 58 on 11 May 2011. It made me think of something I once read about John Belushi’s gravesite having a sign on it from a fan which read “He could have given us more laughs but Noooooooooooooo.”
As for dying way too young, John Belushi passed at 33 years of age. There is some conjecture as to just where he is buried now either in Martha’s Vineyard or Illinois where his folks are buried (click here.) This was his original Martha’s Vineyard resting site.

However, after fans and tourists continued to trash his original resting place with items and signs such as I mentioned above, he was relocated somewhere else (click here.}
Regardless where he is actually buried, John has a pretty good epitaph wouldn’t you say?
