This year’s St. Mary’s Rotary Club U.S. Oyster Festival is scheduled for the weekend of 17 October.
Chief Larry and I sat down with Event Coordinator Barbara Sopato for an upcoming Buzzy Podcast. In the Podcast Barb told us about Mary Lou Troutman donating a painting to be raffled off at the Fest. Barb then arranged for Mary Lou to do an unveiling of the painting at Buzzy’s Country Store. Chief Larry filmed this yesterday:
Here is a photo I took of Mary Lou’s original painting. If you are not the lucky person to win it in the upcoming raffle, prints of Mary Lou’s painting are also going to be available for purchase.
