In his Podcast with us earlier this week, JW mentioned my brother Stevie and sister Donna Jean appearing on the Bozo the Clown show. I tracked down a previous Buzzyblog post where I discussed this (click here.)
“Clown songs” have their own musical genre niche. Smokey and the Miracles of course have the Number 1 spot with Tears of a Clown; but I was a little surprised at this one from Emeli Sande being listed at Number 2:
Happy Birthday wishes to my Grandson Stoney who celebrates what I also call Cal Ripken day 8/8. Because of this coincidence, out of all six of my grandkids, I can always easily name Stoney’s birthday. The other five I can eventually recall but only after I think about it awhile; but Stoney’s is easy for me. Thank you Cal.
He and his brother Blaise and sister Marley are currently in Lake Sunapee continuing to tour the New England area. Parents Brady and Caitie made Lake Sunapee their home base not only for Reagan’s and Ben’s wedding this past Wednesday, but also for the rest of this week. They will return home to Tall Timbers tomorrow.
Here is a photo of Pam and me saying goodbye to them Thursday as we headed out to the airport. They were on their way for a day trip to Stowe, Vermont.
