Couple of events going on this week for you to check out. (For additional info on these events (click here.)

Music-wise, how about the genre known as “Sleep music”? WaPo has a funny article today on how the Brewers have been playing sleep music during opposing teams’ batting practice. It must have worked because the Brewers won both of their World Series games played in Milwaukee last week. (They also won last night in Tampa to go up 3-0.)
To sample some sleep music, here is the non-Don Mclean/sleep version of Starry Night. To hear Don’s original take (click here.)
My go-to sleep music used to be this selection from the Benedictine fellas. And while I never knew just what they were singing, nevertheless it did put me to sleep.
