Think Santa is on his way to Buzzy’s Country Store Christmas party?

Tony Koos dressed like Santa skateboards down Statehouse Square in downtown Hartford, Conn. on Friday. For the past three weekends, Koos has been performing on his skateboard around the city handing out candy canes and wishing everyone a merry Christmas.
