| Obviously I Didn’t Get the Instruction to Pose With Finger on Chin |
Found the above photo of daughter Ryan, my Mom and me. It was taken in 2007 at a birthday party for Grandson Shawn. (Hence, the Awesome Grandpa tee-shirt on yours truly.)
As for Ryan’s and Mom’s fingers-on-the chin pose, it was coincidental. Did make me think however, about a long standing discussion among photographers over what to do with a subjects’ hands click here. Some pros say hide the hands, while others say use ’em. Guess it depends on who you’re photographing.
Now for a picture full of busy hands, check out this one of Buzzy with Joan and Charlie Holden. As I snapped the picture, Charlie was joking with Buzzy something about having found his one pocket with no money in it!
