Recently caught the documentary “History of the Eagles” which shows what I’ve always maintained – it was Joe Walsh who made the Eagles what they were. I first enjoyed Joe with the James Gang and although he now says he can’t stand playing it anymore (click here,) Funk #49 is still in my Top Ten. But then again, whenever Rocky Mountain Way is played, that brings back some very nice memories too. Check out how good it sounds even on a crummy little laptop.
