Forget crowds rioting post-murder trials, here was a very legitimate reason for a crowd to have been upset.
Picture yourself – not on a boat on a river – but at a Springsteen concert where he’s been playing for three plus hours. He then is joined onstage by Paul McCartney and they play I Saw Her Standing There. As they finish that song and are preparing to play another, the power is then cut off by the concert’s organizers in observance of a noise curfew. Check out this video report:
