This weekend Pt. Lookout Lighthouse will be featured as one of the lighthouses participating in the “Lighthouse Challenge.” Susan Craton did a nice article on the two day event in Wednesday’s Enterprise (click here.)
If you recall, this was the event that I discussed in a previous post where a couple flew in from Buffalo, New York and rented a car to drive down and visit lighthouses here in Southern Maryland as part of the challenge. Nice that you can do it without having to board a plane.
