I invited my Mom to last week’s Buzzy Christmas party but she begged off saying it was too late for her. I then suggested that she ride down earlier in the day when Captains Jimmy Cullison and Greg Madjeski were hosting a “pat the oysters” party to prep the oysters for frying later that evening.
Not only did Mom show up along with her friend Judy Raley (above) but also she brought along her apron collection for the “patters.”(I think Greg Madjeski was the only one who actually continued to wear his after the photo op shown here taken by Jennifer Adkins.)
