Ran into an older lady the other day who complimented me on the Buzzyblog and says she reads it every day. She said she particularly enjoys the Conversations with the Grandkids and suggested that I do more of those. I informed her that I hadn’t seen as much of my grandkids as I’d like to, but that I would work on this.
While he is up the Bay fishing, son Shea has been having his sister Reagan babysit Shawn and Lily. Reagan has been doing a great job staying with and looking after them.
The other day Reagan brought them over the house for dinner and I told them how lucky they

were to have such a good aunt like Reagan. I then explained to them that I had had 5 aunts when growing up and really didn’t have much to do with any of them. Four of my aunts did not live around here and consequently I saw very little of them. My one aunt Grace that did live around here worked for the Navy and I didn’t interact much with her when I was younger.
I told Shawn and Lily, “You guys are very lucky to have an aunt like Reagan to take such good care of you. Of my 5 aunts, three of them I didn’t see much and of the two aunts I knew most, one was an alcoholic and the other was a nun.” Shawn and Lily both asked “What’s a nun?”
