Being in Buzzy’s Country Store every day where several friends work outside for a living, the weather gets discussed a lot. (I’d quote Mark Twain’s (click here) but I now find that it was his friend Charles Warner who actually said it.)
Also, you know you are the owner of a seasonally dependent business when you see the forecast for the upcoming weekend and it makes you smile. In my previous life as an office dwelling government worker, I only thought about the weather and its impact on me when it snowed and the Base would have a delayed opening, be closed, on admin leave etc..
