After a so-so start at the beginning of the season, the Orioles have had about as miserable an April as they could have had. Not only had they lost 11 of their last 12 games but also they were on a 5 game losing streak heading into last night’s game.
But then along came Grandson Blaise who attended his very first O’s game last night and brought them some much needed luck.

Blaise managed to get the Orioles six runs as Chris Tillman shut out the Tigers for 7 innings on one hit. The O’s eventually won the game 6-0.
That it was also Caitie and Brady’s 4th wedding anniversary yesterday made it all the better. Happy Anniversary to them! (I’m very envious because I’ve never been able to talk any of the women I married into going to an Orioles’ game to celebrate our anniversary.)
