Officially, July remains our hottest month of the year. However, August is not far behind. And when August weather comes around, I generally think of the 3 H’s as in hazy, hot and humid. August features a lot of those sweltering kind of days when you just don’t want to be out and about moving around anymore than you have to. It’s hot so stay hydrated. Buzzy August birthdays include Dickie Cullison on 1 August, Johnny “JW” Raley on the 3rd; Bobbi Jo Magee on 5 Aug; Lori Raley on the 17th; Cathy Wright the 20th. On the 29th, Jimmy and Marylou Cullison celebrate their wedding anniversary. My Mom celebrates her day on the 21st and son Brady on the 25th. Brother-in-law Dan Hofmeister is on the 26th.
