Turned 70 yesterday. (Why, suddenly, does 70 not sound that old anymore?)
You know all of Robert’s wild man, Led Zeppelin songs, but here are two (for Tuesday) from his post-Zep, solo days. Minus all the histrionics, screaming and drama that Zeppelin brought out in him, these couple of tunes show just what a great voice Robert has. If he is not THE greatest vocalist in all of rock history, sorry Elvis, nonetheless he’s up there in the very top echelons (click here.)

He is still out there doing it having just released a new album last October titled Carry Fire and currently is on tour with his group Space Shifters. From Led to Space, guess you could say that he is evolving eh?
