In yesterday’s post about raking and disposing of leaves, I made a joke about buying a leaf blower and then just blowing the leaves into your neighbor’s yard. It reminded me of Senator Rand Paul’s run in with his neighbor this time a year ago as discussed in the following:

The neighbor who assaulted Paul was a 60 year old retired anesthesiologist and he was charged with felonious assault. In June of this year he was found guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $10,000 (for story click here.) Moral of story – if your neighbor blows his leaves into your yard, retaliate by blowing them back into his yard and not by assaulting him!
