That time of year where all sorts of events throughout the County are being held this first weekend in May. South County we have a couple good ones as follows:
Sunday brings a parade and the Fire Department convention/celebration sponsored by the Ridge Volunteer Fire Department. The parade will start at St. Peter Claver Road and proceed down the carnival grounds. Rt 5 will be shut down, but 235 should still be open and allow you to get to Buzzy’s Country Store.)
As always, Buzzy’s Country Store will be open and ready to serve you up some Southern Maryland hospitality. Come on down.
