The other day my Mom confided to me that she has stopped coming to Buzzy’s Country Store because “All your Trump supporters there just get me too upset.” I told her to come visit anyway and just do as I do by simply ignoring what they have to say. She laughed and said she couldn’t do that. She then continued by saying “The only explanation I can come up with for them to still be supporting him is the one about fooling some of the people all of the time.”
It made me do a little research on Abe’s famous quote. I was a little surprised to learn that there is some discussion and debate as to whether or not he really said it. (click here.) Regardless, who did or did not say it, the quote still stands the test of time – and Trump.
Speaking of getting fooled, CSI: Miami used the following as their intro with the infamous scream at the 4:29 mark.
Here is a CSI: Miami joke for you. (Those of you not familiar with CSI: Miami, David Caruso plays the lead detective Horatio Caine.)

I know, doing a post about my Mom and then telling a joke like that, means I really am going straight to hell and not pass Go when I leave this crime scene here on earth. Oh well or maybe Oh hell.
