Lets go from Scotland to Scotland as in the one right here in Maryland with Buzzy’s Country Store located in its downtown. This weekend the Friends of Pt. Lookout will be hosting their annual Artillery Days (click here.)
As for paying the entry fee to get into the State Park, there are a couple of passes available (click here for info) that you can obtain that will help offset those fees.
While on the subject of Pt. Lookout State Park scroll thru their Facebook site to see some interesting comments and photos from visitors to the park. For example I copied this nice photo taken by Melissa Carter.
And speaking of a sunny day, here is a great Bruce tune. Be sure to listen closely to the second verse (1:30 mark) which not only includes the great line “I’m half a party in a one dog town” but then features drummer Max Weinberg actually skipping a beat when Bruce sings “I’m just a drummer who can’t be beat.”
