Amazing what you find when going through some old photos such as this one of Ryan, my Mom and Dad.
Attached to the photo above was the very note that Mom is holding as the two of them read it. The surprised look on her face and Buzzy’s quizzical look over at Ryan’s mother came about just as they got to the end of my note:
The purpose of their visit was to present us with an old rocking chair that I had always liked. They both suggested that I may want to refurbish it and that’s what my note is referring to.
To this day every time I pass by that rocker in my living room I think of the above photo.
