Funny how coincidences pop up. Just yesterday I was sorting through some books when I came upon this one from some management class that I took many moons ago:

And now for the coincidence. I had the CD player on random play and this Eagles’ tune kicked in right after I finished reading the above advice. I just shook my head and listened as I sat very still.
