I like that “Southern hospitality with northern practicality” used to describe their operation. I always tell folks that Maryland is best defined as having “Southern gentility with northern sensibility.” Think I like the Wise Ridge motto better and may just “appropriate” it accordingly. Remember, you steal from me, you steal twice because I’ve already lifted from someone else.
