Thanks to his daughter Brenda, Mr. George Guy last visited Buzzy’s on a Friday 17 July 2020 (click here for that story and photos.) Brenda told me that when she and her Dad got in the car that day to go for a ride, he suggested “Let’s ride down to Buzzy’s.”

What the obit does not state, is that Mr. Guy was one of the kindest and nicest of men that I have ever met and had the pleasure to have known. He was all about family, community, sports and beer. (That he was a Big Band music fan includes my 5th core value of music so he batted 5 for 5 in my book.)
