As I moved the Christmas calendar mouse to today’s date, I smiled, shook my head and asked myself “Why do I continue to do this?” My kids are all grown up and gone. I don’t see my younger Grandkids on a daily basis (plus they are into the whole Elf on the Shelf churn.) My older Grandkids are in Florida, and even if they were here, they wouldn’t give a damn about this so-called tradition.
So what am I doing messing with moving this silly little mouse everyday thru the 24 days leading up to Christmas?
