Possessing zero artistic talent, if compelled to do so, I believe that with some practice, maybe lots of practice, I could muster out a little stick figure art here and there. Say something like the following that I found on the www:
On a more serious note, anytime I see any stick figure art, it reminds me of an exchange that I had with my Cousin Mike several years ago.
Due to a very bad stroke that he had experienced, Mike had difficulty verbalizing what he wanted to say. Once when we were discussing someone and he was trying to make a point, he reached out for his pen and pad of paper that he kept nearby and drew me the following:
I got it and said “You mean he is gay?”
After Mike nodded affirmatively, I didn’t say anything more to him about this subject. However, to this day, every time I see any kind of drawing, meme, cartoon or whatever involving a stick figure, I always think of this exchange and Mike’s simple drawing.
