Quick followup on the movie Conclave (previous post.) Here is an excellent interview with Isabella Rosselini who played the role of Sister Agnes in the movie.
She discusses not only the movie but also her career and growing up as a Catholic in Rome. As for the movie, she does not go into any great details discussing it, so you don’t have to worry about her giving away any of the plot lines in case you haven’t seen it yet.
The scene(s) that she refers to at the 2:00 mark in the interview are shown below. When watching the movie, I did note how colorful the Cardinals appeared as they gathered for the Conclave. However, the corresponding nun scene that she mentions just sort of came and went without my noticing anything unusual about it. Guess that that was Isabella’s point.
