Back in 2012, I did a Buzzyblog post on Monarch Butterflies after a visitor to Smith Island stopped in Buzzy’s Country Store to discuss her tour of the Island (click here.) She was impressed and very pleased that she had seen a Monarch while roaming around the Island.
I thought of this a couple of days ago when I went looking for something about growing old and came upon a Mary Chapin Carpenter video that began with this image:

Then, just last night, the Monarchs flitted back onto my radar when “CBS 60 Minutes” and Anderson Cooper did a cool feature on these butterflies. Check out the trailer for this amazing story and then click here to catch Anderson further discussing this.
