As many of my Buzzy visitors and friends have noticed and commented on, I took the Buzzy’s front door vestibule down a few weeks ago just because I was tired of looking at it. Someone even astutely noted “Wow, you took it down way before Easter this year.” Proves once again, that nothing gets by my Buzzy folks.

And as my friend observed, it was contrary to my usual routine of “Put-it-up-before-Thanksgiving-take-it- down-after-Easter.” This year however, with the weather getting nicer and Easter being on the later side of the calendar, I made the move a couple weeks before Easter. (For the Buzzy vestibule background story and my overall dislike of it click here for a previous post on it.)
Of course, a day or two after I had taken the old boy down, the weather returned to cold and windy causing me to second guess the wisdom of that move. However, I still feel more better with it down and out of my sight. (And yes, with all due apologies to English Nazi Sister Gregory, I absolutely did mean to say “more better.”)
The Gospel according to John talking about walls coming down:
Note – at the 1:42 mark I just learned that he’s singing “I’m the same old trouble….” And here I had thought that he was saying “I’m the same old jerk….” Guess that I can relate to both of those!
