Summer time a-coming and thoughts turn to what else – ice cream! Maryland is currently promoting its Statewide Ice Cream Trail featuring the many creameries that we have around the State (click here.)
The one that caught my eye was Keyes Creamery in Harford County that I initially discovered through a visit to Trossbach’s Farm. (I even considered trying to get their product in Buzzy’s Country Store but thought better of doing so because I knew that I would be consuming alot of it myself.)
Here is where you can pickup some Keyes Ice Cream. Note that there are several places in the County in addition to Trossbach’s.
Although Buzzy’s does not offer Keyes Ice Cream, we do have a fully stocked up ice cream box with various brands such as Good Humor, Klondike, Magnum, etc.. Drop in and check it out.
P.S. Initially, with it being Sunday, my going in thought was to do something comparing ice cream to religion/spirituality. However, as I began to list my ideas on this very deep topic, it got complicated real fast and required more explaining and effort than I was up for today. Maybe on a slower, non-holiday weekend I’ll try and expand on it some more.
