Doggy “Stuff”

Kirk Herbstreit is a football announcer who is busy today appearing at two different locations in covering NCAA games. First off, he will appear on ESPN’s Gameday Show as it broadcasts from Penn State. Later in the evening he will be in Athens, Georgia to announce the Bulldogs/Crimson Tide game. He is doing all this after having called the NFL’s Thursday night game in Arizona. Here is his Instagram summary from earlier in the week:

The Peter that Kirk refers to is his dog. Kirk is shown here giving Pete a pep talk about their upcoming schedule:

And while on the subject of catering to canines, there was this very prescient cartoon sent to me from my friend Tom Russell:

All of which is a good reason to lay this dog of tune on you. (Yes, you can honestly say that the Buzzyblog really HAS gone to the dogs! Sorry.)

Gambling-wise, anytime you can get Bama and points – take ’em! Therefore, I am rolling with the Tide and them getting 3 points as underdogs to the Bulldogs. Remember – underdogs are the best dogs in the world. I Shih Tzu not! (Again, sorry!)
