Seems like that full moon thing sure happens a lot right? Like every 30 days or so as a matter of fact. Tonight’s however, is a little more special. Check out Maryland’s DNR folks talking about it.

Here is a look at it from Piney Point at 4 a.m. today. (I am wondering if that green orb on the deck of my new neighbor’s house isn’t my deceased, former neighbor Pinky trying to reach out and say hello!)

The Capris had this one big hit in 1961. They recorded the tune in 1958 and had disbanded as a group shortly afterwards. When the record was “discovered” a few years later and eventually became a national hit reaching Number 3 on the charts, they reunited. However, none of their subsequent efforts ever achieved the success nor reached the heights of that Moon Out Tonight. (See what I tried to do there?)
Just think, this time last week we were all readying for our Thanksgiving feasts. Today, it is back to being Hot Dog Thursday at Buzzy’s Country Store. Call it the yin and yang of life, Reminds me of the joke “What do you call someone who electrocutes hot dogs? Frank Zappa.”
To try and listen to Weasels (click here) but I am betting you can’t make it past 30 seconds if you do so.
