Donnie refers to a Ryken alum who was in the process of studying to become a Xavarian Brother when he drowned at Pt. Lookout (16:00.) Steve Raley informed me that that was his first cousin Tommy Raley and noted that “It was a very sad time for family, Ryken and those that knew him.”
As for the two lighthouse ghost photos that Donnie discusses (16:45), I will feature them tomorrow on Twofer Tuesday.
Not only was Ghostbusters a fun movie to watch, but it also featured a great soundtrack including Ray Parker Jrs.’ big hit with the title song. Check out another tune from the soundtrack that did not achieve the notoriety of the Ray’s title tune, but was in heavy rotation on MTV back in the 80’s.
