Tom McCoy

Tom McCoy’s wife Lyvette provided me with the following info on Tom attending a ceremony in Danville, Virgina where he dedicated a new tobacco factory.  For a slide show of the event click here.

Also, here’s an excerpt of Tom’s remarks where he talks about growing up on a tobacco farm which just happens to be situated behind Buzzy’s Country Store.

I like it that Tom still calls this home.  Here’s a 1965 photo of him, yours truly and Cricket Dameron.  (Think we were on a class trip or something and were photgraphed just monkeying around.)
