Herbie McKay’s 19 July birthday coincided with the Washington Nationals playing an afternoon game. Sounded like a good excuse to get some folks together and go catch a ball game which we did after rendezvousing at the Store. (All parties and fun events should start at Buzzy’s right?)

John Carbone (above facing the group) met us at the ball park. Picture above this one shows Herbie receiving a birthday gift package from our usherette Karen. (Didn’t get the name of the young lady in red but did manage to make sure that she appeared in the pic.) Herbie’s gift package included a Frank Howard bobble head doll. All of us, showing our age by knowing who Frank Howard was, were very envious.
