While the rest of D.C. and its thousands of visitors were busy doing the cherry blossom thing this past weekend, Charlie Simms and his son Glen attended the Cherokee Nation event held at the Museum of the American Indian on Saturday. Charlie and Glen attended a luncheon hosted by Principal Chief Bill John Baker. Charlie also picked up his Cherokee ID card discussed here:
