A firm believer in synchronicity, irony, and all that other goofy stuff that involves coincidental happenings, I still couldn’t believe the following:
I am currently reading Bill Bryson’s One Summer: America, 1927 and guess what I just read about? Bryson describes the lead up and background to how Lindbergh decided to initiate his famous flight across the Atlantic due to a break in the weather. The date that Lindy left New York? May 20th. I don’t know what else to say other than I think I’m going to play that number 520 today.
