Charlie Simms and Jerry Norris were in Buzzy’s Country Store the other day talking about how fast the corn is growing. Charlie noted that you can hear it growing. When someone questioned him with a “Really?” Jerry chimed in also “Deed you can hear it growing.”
I never knew that; but if Jerry and Charlie say it’s so then I am going to find a corn field and listen a little closer.
