Right But Wrong

OK I was wrong but then again I was correct too.  In my previous post about Buzzy not being known for taking good pics of folks, I included a great photo of Gary and gave Buzzy credit for taking it.  When I first saw it, I thought “Wow here’s one that Buzzy did a good job on.”

Turns out however, that I was wrong on crediting it to Buzzy because that photo was actually taken by Linda Lepper.  In fact the entire 1997 Buzzy Christmas Party photo’s were taken by Linda with her new 35mm Pentax camera.  (Photography Rule #1 – if you want to take better photographs, buy a better camera.  As I alluded to in yesterday’s post, Buzzy never followed Rule #1 as he chose to use the cheapest, low end camera that he could find.)

But back to Buzzy taking photo’s, here is one included with Linda’s batch that I assume was taken by him.  (Linda is in the photo so it had to be taken by Buzzy.)  That’s Bart looking on from the side.

From the “People Send Me Stuff File” here is another right-but-wrong example sent to me from Jim Gray:
Dear Boss,
I have enjoyed working here these past several years. You have paid me very well, given me benefits beyond belief. I have 3-4 months off per year and a pension plan that will pay my salary till the day I die and a health plan that most people can only dream about.

I plan to take the next 12-18 months to find a new position. During this time I will show up for work when it is convenient. In addition, I fully expect to draw my full salary and all the other perks associated with my current job.

Oh yeah, if my search for this new job proves fruitless, I will be back with no loss in pay or status. Before you say anything, remember that you have no choice in the matter.
I can and will do this.

 Sincerely,
Every Senator or Congressman running for President.
